As the Project Manager of the festival, she brings order to the chaos, transforming the endless stream of ideas and action from Obaid and Xi into a structured, perfectly executed plan.

With her extensive background in project and social media management, Nathalie ensures that deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and every tiny detail is accounted for. She is the backbone of the festival’s organization, keeping everything on track—from artist bookings and logistics to event schedules and communication.

Obaid is the driving force behind some of the biggest Bachata events in Southern Germany, shaping the scene with innovation, passion, and expertise. With over a decade of experience in brand and product building, his deep understanding of creating unforgettable experiences is what makes his events stand out.

As a private equity and venture capital expert, Obaid knows how to scale and elevate projects, ensuring every festival and event he organizes is not just big—but exceptional. He is the mastermind behind Germany’s largest Bachata event, bringing together over 1,700 dancers and continuously raising the bar for festival organization.

With a background as a DJ since the age of 17, his musical intuition and event curation skills guarantee top-tier sound, atmosphere, and entertainment. As the organizer of Munich’s biggest weekly Bachata party, he has built a thriving and consistent social dance community, making Munich a key Bachata hub in Europe.
